Every year our strategic partner, Cerner Corporation, hosts the CommunityWorks Forum to bring together the latest topics for critical access, community and specialty hospitals. Their aim is to connect all CommunityWorks clients from across the United States.
Together, these health care systems explore leading industry topics, learn how Cerner solutions can help achieve organizational goals, and leverage strategic partnerships to better serve their patients and communities.
Multiview is fortunate to have been working strategically alongside Cerner for over 7 years, continuously advancing our ERP/EHR integrations and functionalities.
At this year’s event, the Multiview team kicked off a Round Table discussion centered on the shared Client Journey and the positive impacts our mutual clients derive from the successful Cerner and Multiview partnership. The topics discussed were as follows:
- Implementation: Multiview aims to provide an immersive and personalized experience with each of our clients. Our implementation team works diligently to positively impact all of our partner health systems.
- Technology: Navigating ERP technology while bridging our clients to the next level of automation is the goal of the Client Success team. Both Client Success teams are driven to progress our clients to adoption.
- Client Success: Conversation with our valued client, Cogdell Memorial Hospital, to offer their perspective on Multiview ERP and how they view our partnership as strategic and growing in the years to come.
Our Senior Director of Business Development, Justin DeNegri, lead the round table session along side the other Multiview leaders from Implementation and Client Success.
“Multiview is honored to be a preferred partner of a world leader in Healthcare IT. More now than any time in our history, knowing that at the core of all of our collective efforts there is a patient care experience that is paramount to health systems prosperity. As Cerner, Multiview, and the Healthcare Industry continues to evolve together, our focus will continue to be on our client partner’s success.”
We were also privileged to welcome John H. Everett, the CFO/COO from Cogdell Memorial Hospital as our guest panelist. We value his input and feedback as we continue to build strategic alliances with each of our healthcare clients.
