Multiview's Response to IMUG2020 & COVID-19

Written by Multiview | March 16, 2020

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, clients and partners is always a priority.

We are actively monitoring the ongoing developments of the COVID-19 outbreak and taking precautions to address the safety of our employees, our clients and our communities as it relates to travel and more specifically, our annual IMUG conference gathering this July in Ottawa, Canada.

Here are the updates regarding our IMUG 2020 conference scheduled for July 20-22, 2020:

  • We want to communicate to our clients that the health and safety of our community continues to be our primary focus. Currently IMUG 2020 remains scheduled, and we will remain flexible to circumstances as they arise.
  • We are taking direction regarding the IMUG 2020 Conference from the experts; the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) are all being monitored closely for updates and recommendations.
  • We are also closely monitoring updates from our local Ottawa health authorities on a daily basis. The City of Ottawa has now confirmed ten positive cases of COVID-19 as of March 15th, 2020.
  • We will continue to communicate to our clients as it relates to travel, accommodations and any other updates regarding IMUG 2020 and COVID-19 as needed to protect our employees, clients and communities.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at imug@multiviewcorp.com for any questions or concerns. We will be providing updates as soon as they are available.

Thank you for your continued support.
